If you’ve forgotten your password, or would like to reset it, you can do so at any time by following the below steps.

1) Tap on the Sign In button then tap on the Forgotten Password button.

2) Enter in your mobile number linked to your account and tap Send Verification Code.

3) You will be sent a direct text message with a code. This is usually instant but may take a few minutes. Enter this in the highlighted box shown below, and tap Next.

4) Once this code has been verified, you will be prompted to reset your password and continue on to the App.
