Standard Withdrawal requests made and approved before 4:30pm EST each business day (Monday to Friday, excluding banking holidays) will be actioned on the same day. Any withdrawal requested after 4:30pm EST or on a bank holiday, will be actioned the next business day.
When the status of a request is updated to Paid, this can take 1-5 banking days to clear into your personal account, depending on your banks processing time.
How to Add a bank Account to Withdraw
Funds can be withdrawn directly to your chosen Bank Account via Bank Transfer by following these steps:
1) Tap on the Settings Cog
2) Choose the Withdraw Option Add New Withdraw Account in the menu.
3) Tap on manually add it here.
4) Fill out the required information and then select Add to save these details to your account. Please ensure this includes your full name as this is crucial for a successful payment. If the ‘Add’ button is not highlighted, please check that all the details have been entered correctly.
Please keep in mind, our system will automatically select your most recently used bank account on your next withdrawal request.
Funds can be withdrawn directly to your chosen bank account via Bank Transfer through the Dabble App only. Our Customer Service team will not be able to manually add any Bank Account details or process any withdrawals.
Withdrawals can only be requested to a bank account in the name of the Dabble account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted at Dabble and will result in account closure, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
Our system requires that all deposits and/or promotional activity made into a Dabble account are played through prior to authorizing a withdrawal. This means that if you deposit $10.00, you must make a minimum of $10.00 worth of entries before you can withdraw any winnings.
Alternatively, if you wish to withdraw your funds without playing through them, you will need to contact Customer Support to initiate a manual withdrawal.
I've added the wrong account. How can I remove this?
Please reach out to our Customer Service team with details of the account you would like to remove.
My withdrawal has been paid to the incorrect Bank Account, what do I do?
If you have entered the wrong details, and your withdrawal status has been updated to paid, you will need to wait for the bank to reverse the funds back to us. This can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to Dabble.
Once we have received the funds, we will credit these to your Dabble account and our team will notify you by email.
If your funds have not arrived back in your Dabble account after 10 business days, you can contact Customer Support to assist with your query.
