1. The Referred User Didn’t Use a Referral Code

If your friend didn’t use your referral code, they can contact Dabble support to verify that you referred them. Upon verification and after placing their first entry, the referral credit will be applied.

2. Funds Were Credited Incorrectly

Sometimes, funds may be credited to an incorrect user if another promo code was used at sign-up. In such cases, contact Dabble’s support team for clarification and potential adjustments. However, credits cannot be reassigned unless verified.

3. Referral Bonus Delays

In cases where referral funds are delayed due to verification or entry placement issues, ensure the referred user has:

  • Verified their account

  • Placed their first entry. The funds should typically appear within 30 minutes of meeting all conditions.

4. Expired Referral Funds

Promotional referral credits are subject to expiration, which is 14 days. If credits have expired, they cannot always be restored. It's best to use these funds promptly.
