Eligible Participants	Eligible Participants must be: (a) at least 21 years and a Permanent Resident or Citizen of a Relevant State; and (b) a Dabble Customer. (“Eligible Participants”). A Dabble Customer is a person who has an active account on the Dabble Fantasy Sports (DFS) platform, has been KYC verified (“Dabble Customer”). Creating a Dabble account is free. No purchase, payment, deposit, or substantial effort is required to enter the Promotion.
Promotion Period	The Competition starts at 10:00AM CT on 9/07/2025. No entries will be accepted before this time. The Competition closes at 11:59PM CT on 9/30/2025. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Entry Procedure	To enter, Eligible Participants must engage with Dabble’s Instagram account and opt-in to The Ultimate Tailgate Weekend Giveaway via Dabble Stories in the Dabble Fantasy App during the Promotion Period which will result in one (1) entry into the Prize Draw. An Eligible Participant will receive additional entries into the Prize Draw, if they refer a friend, using their Dabble username. For each refer a friend, the Dabble Customer will receive one (1) additional entry into the Prize Draw. “refer a friend” means generate a new account sign-up for Dabble using the referral link or code associated with your account and that recipient of the referral must have successfully opened a new Dabble account (including KYC verification) as well as placing a minimum of one entry on a Dabble daily fantasy sport contest during the Promotion Period. Note: If you share your referral link or code as part of this Promotion, you must clearly disclose that you will receive an entry into the Promotion (and any other benefit) if your referral results in a new account sign-up. Any referral communications (including social media posts, emails, or messages) must include a clear disclosure such as “I get an entry into a sweepstakes if you sign up” so that recipients understand your connection to Dabble. Failure to include an appropriate disclosure may result in disqualification from the Promotion. For a valid entry, all conditions must be met during the Promotion Period. Entries are specifically prohibited from any Dabble Customers who are on a self-imposed ‘Break’ or ‘Self Excluded’ during the Promotion Period, at the time of the Prize Draw or at the time of the prize. All valid entries will be collated into one entry pool, from which a single winner will be selected, at random, as set out in the Draw Details. By entering, you accept all rules of the Competition and agree to comply with all elements of this Schedule and associated Terms and Conditions.
Odds	Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. Submitting multiple entries will increase your chances of winning; however, the exact odds cannot be determined until all entries have been received.
Draw Details	The competition is a prize draw. The one (1) winner of the competition shall be drawn via random selection, from the valid entries received (“the winner”). The draw will take place on 10/08/2025 (CT).
Prize Details	The prize is a travel and hospitality package for two people totalling approximately $30,000 which includes: 2 x passes to an Exclusive Tailgate Party on 02/08/2026; 4 nights’ accommodation in San Francisco (twin share); 2 x return airfares to San Francisco, USA from any Major United States Airport - Departing on: 02/05/2026 and returning on 02/09/2026; 2 x passes to at least two other fan events / parties while in San Francisco; Coach transfers between hotel and event venue of Tailgate Party; Ground travel voucher up to the value of $500 Voucher for food and drink up to the value of $1,000 2 x Dabble Merch Swag Bags *At Dabble’s sole discretion, a Dabble representative may be required to accompany the winner and their companion to any events included. Flight origin will be a commercial airport selected by Dabble nearest to the location of the Prize winner. Dabble accepts no liability for any cost or delay that may be caused by matters or events outside of Dabble’s control including but not limited to airport check-in and security measures, missed flights and flight delays or cancellations.
Prize Restrictions	The winner and their companion must both be at least 21 years of age at the Prize Claim Date. The winner must be either a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. If for any reason whatsoever the winner does not claim the prize by the Prize Claim Date, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and no cash will be awarded in lieu of the prize. The prize winner and their companion must make all arrangements for participating in the prize as soon as practicable and after the Notification of Winner. The winner and their companion must satisfy the Verification Requirements to claim their prize.
Total Prize Pool	The approximate retail value (ARV) for the prize component detailed in Prize Details is $25,000 USD. All federal, state, and other taxes imposed on the acceptance of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Notification of Winner	The winner will be notified by email immediately following the Draw and will be asked to provide a current mobile number and address for further communication.
Publication Details and Publicity Release	The Promoter may announce or publish the first name, last initial and location of the prize winner in any media, including social media or the Dabble App. The Promoter is entitled to tag the social media account(s) of the prize winner and utilize entrants’ responses for promotion. By accepting the Prize, the winner (and their guest, if applicable) grant to the Promoter and its affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use their name, likeness, image, voice, statements, biographical information, city and state of residence, and any other information provided in connection with the Promotion, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
Verification Requirements	If requested by the Promoter, the winner must produce proof that they are an Eligible Participant including their Dabble account details an , age and residency status.
Prize Claim Date	The winner must provide their RSVP by 11:59PM CT on 10/17/2025 to claim their prize. The RSVP can be done by completing and returning the RSVP form provided to the winner following the Notification of Winner.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements	If the winner cannot be contacted, provides a decline as their RSVP, fails to RSVP by the Prize Claim Date or fails to satisfy the Verification Requirements, their unclaimed prize will be awarded to an alternative entrant; drawn by a Dabble representative. Such next successful entrant will be notified by email or SMS.
Prize Clauses	1. Some components of the prize have been pre-arranged, and others will be arranged once the identity and eligibility of a winner has been determined. 2. The reasonable requests of a winner will be considered, but not all requests will be possible due to factors including pricing and availability.
Tax Disclosure	The winner will be issued a form 1099 for tax purposes in the amount of the actual/final value of the Prize and must submit their social security number (and otherwise cooperate with Promotor in reporting their receipt of prize to the internal revenue service and/or other tax authorities), as required by law.

The Ultimate Tailgate Weekend Giveaway Competition: Terms and Conditions

These Conditions of Entry incorporate and must be read together with the Schedule for this Competition. The Schedule prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, except where stated otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions may be amended or replaced by the Promoter in its discretion at any time.

Eligibility

Entry to the Competition is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) who meet the Entry Conditions.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.)

Entry

The Competition will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
To enter the Competition, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.
Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. Computer generated or other automated entries will not be accepted. Once submitted, Entries may not be altered.

Determining and notifying winners

The selection of a winning entry will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details.
The Winner will be notified as specified in the Schedule and their first name, last initial and State of residence will be published in accordance with the Schedule.
The Promoter and the companies and agencies associated with this Competition may also publish the name and State/Territory of winners on their website(s) and in trade publications.

Prize

The prize(s) are specified in the Prize Details. The total prize pool is specified in the Schedule.
The prize(s) are subject to any restrictions specified in the Schedule and these Entry Conditions.
If a prize includes vouchers, the vouchers are only valid until the voucher expiry date specified on the voucher or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Promoter and/or the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
If a prize includes tickets, the tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
If a prize includes travel, all elements of the prize must be booked and completed as specified by the Promoter and/or by the supplier of the prize.
If the prize is event based, any travel provided as part of the prize must be taken on the dates specified by the Promoter to coincide with the event.
The prize is subject to booking and availability and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers.
All costs associated with the prize which are not expressly stated in the Schedule to be included (such as additional spending money, transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs), are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier.
The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance (if not included in the prize) and documents to travel to the relevant place(s).
Any alterations or extensions to confirmed prize details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel prize and any costs incurred by the winner or any travelling companion(s) as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the prize.

Claiming Prizes

Prizes must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date in accordance with any additional claim instructions set out in the Schedule.
If a prize is not successfully accepted by the Prize Claim Date, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the unclaimed prizes in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements specified in the Schedule, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority.
Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified in accordance with the Schedule.
For prizes over $600 USD, Dabble will collect the winner and their companion’s Social Security Number (SSN) to complete Form 1099-MISC. The winner and their companion will be issued a copy of the completed 1099-MISC forms.

Prize Availability, Travel and Immigration Requirements

Winners must possess valid travel documents and meet all entry requirements for prize destinations. The Promoter accepts no liability for prizes that become unavailable due to visa refusal, border restrictions, immigration controls, government travel advisories, or any inability of the winner to legally travel to or enter prize destinations. Winners are solely responsible for ensuring their eligibility to travel and accept prizes. Where prizes cannot be provided due to immigration or travel restrictions, no alternative prize, compensation, or refund will be offered. This exclusion applies in addition to the general availability clause stated elsewhere in these terms.

General

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.
The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any Entry made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Competition, if the entrant:
1. fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Competition to the Promoter's satisfaction;
2. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition;
3. submits an Entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry;
4. acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or engages in conduct regarding the Competition which in the Promoter’s opinion is unfair;
5. fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Competition and/or Promoter.
Entrants must comply with the Verification Requirements. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of these to the Promoter or its agent as part of the entry verification or prize claim process. Failure to provide these to the Promoter’s satisfaction will result in the relevant Entry being declared invalid.
Once submitted, all Entries become and will remain the property of the Promoter.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. The value of each prize is accurate as at the time of preparation of this material. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant State(s), if required.
If a winner does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize.
The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.
If requested by the Promoter, entrants and winners (or their companion(s), if applicable) must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form provided by the Promoter, in favour of the Promoter and all parties involved in this Competition and/or providing the prize, before they participate in the Competition and/or the prize. If they do not sign that form within the time specified by the Promoter, they will not be able to participate and the relevant entrant’s Entry and claim on the prize will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may determine a new winner in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
If requested by the Promoter, entrants and winners (and their companion(s), if applicable) must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this Competition, and they consent to the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material.
If for any reason any aspect of this Competition does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant State(s), if required.
The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants acknowledge that there may be inherent risks in some aspects of the Competition or the prize and that participation in the Competition or the prize may involve participating in dangerous activities. By entering this Competition and/or accepting the prize, entrants accept that risk for themselves and for their companion(s) (if applicable).
The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Competition (including Facebook and Instagram, if the Competition is conducted via these Platforms) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
The Promoter may at its absolute discretion prohibit an entrant’s participation in this Competition, cancel or suspend a prize or other cease to provide any prize to a winner if the entrant or winner (or any companion) is (in the Promoter’s opinion) under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter or its products and brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings with all or any taxes payable by the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Competition and to relevant authorities in the Relevant States, and the winner’s name may be published in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and as required under relevant legislation.

Entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the NFL, Facebook or Instagram.
Entrants acknowledge that any information they disclose or communicate via Facebook, Instagram, and X in connection with the Promotion will be governed by the relevant policies of Facebook, Instagram, X.
