Can I cancel my Entry?

Can I cancel or change my entry after I submit it?

Once you've submitted an entry on Dabble, you are unable to edit it, but in most cases, you’ll have up to 5 minutes to cancel it from time of entry placement. After 5 minutes, there is no further option to cancel the entry.

To cancel an entry within that window:

  • Click your Balance in the top right corner of the APP

  • You will default to the Pending Entries tab

  • At the bottom of the Entry, there will be a Trash Can Icon

  • Click the Trash Can Icon

  • A countdown timer will commence if available to cancel

  • Select Cancel Entry

Which entries can’t be cancelled?

The following types of entries are final the moment you submit them, and cannot be cancelled at any time:

  • Entries that have started and are considered In-Play. These include in-game props like Half or Quarter projections.

  • Entries where any of your projections have changed or are no longer being offered.

If your entry meets the above, it is locked and cannot be cancelled by any party.

Why was my entry cancelled automatically?

If you didn’t cancel an entry yourself, it may have been cancelled by Dabble due to one of the following:

  • DNP/Refund/Void: If your entry is reduced to only one active pick or all remaining picks are from the same team due to DNP, Refund, Void or any other adjustment, the entry will be automatically cancelled after the official stats are received and stake refunded back to your Dabble account balance.

  • Dabble Discretion: We reserve the right to cancel any entry if needed for fairness, security, or operational reasons. This includes but is not limited to an entry taken after a game had started, where the result was known before the entry was taken, the customer did not have adequate funds in the Account, or any other known errors.

Rocket Boosts

If a Rocket Boost has been used on an entry that is subsequently cancelled, the Rocket Boost will not be returned and Customer Service will be unable to credit Rockets to customer accounts.
