Why is my account closed?

Can I use a friend or family members payment details?

Any form of 3rd party activity does run the risk of having the account closed, as it violates Dabble’s terms and conditions. Please ensure that all payment methods (both deposit and withdrawal) are in the account holders name, and that all transactions are carried out by the account holder.

Can I reopen my account?

Our friendly customer service team can help you reopen your account after a review. Please email our support team at [email protected] and explain your query.

Change/Update Phone Number.

We're happy to help you update these details. Kindly email us ([email protected]) with a copy of your identification and a recent phone bill displaying your full name and phone number. Once received, we will proceed to update your details accordingly.

We can not update the phone number on your account unless it is under your name.

If you don’t have a phone bill, please provide other documentation that confirms your ownership of the phone number.

Change/update Residential Address.

We're happy to help you update these details. Kindly confirm your address currently on file and email us ([email protected]) a copy of your identification or a utility bill.

Forgot password

In order to reset your password, go to the Login page, and tap on the Forgotten Password in the top right-hand corner. From there, enter your personal phone number associated with your Dabble account and follow the prompts.
If you don’t receive the verification code to your phone number, you may need to update the phone number listed on your Dabble account.

What state can I play in?

Please be aware that there may restrictions where you are located. Dabble's social media features can be accessed from anywhere in the United States, however not all games are available to be played in every US state.

If you are within an eligible state and you have encountered a problem with your location services. Please make sure you have followed the steps outlined below:

1. Ensure your WIFI is turned on

3. High accuracy enabled (Android)

4. Disable mock location services (VPN/Proxy)

5. Ensure your device is not in battery saver mode

I didn’t receive my promo funds.

If Dabble is running a sign-up offer, please allow a few minutes for your promotional funds to appear in your account after sign-up, as this process can take a few minutes. If the funds have not been credited after 5-10 minutes, kindly email our customer service team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I didn’t receive my sign up offer due to a device match.

Each user on Dabble is permitted to maintain and use one account. If you have opened, maintained, used, colluded with, or controlled more than one account, as determined at Dabble's sole discretion, we may close or suspend any or all your associated accounts and may revoke or withhold any promotions.

How to Deposit

To make a card deposit, follow these steps:

1) Tap your balance in the top right-hand corner.

2) Tap on the Deposit funds option.

3) Tap on Add Credit/Debit Card:

4) Enter your details into each required field

5) Enter the amount and tap Deposit

I’m getting an error saying my deposit has failed and to contact customer service.

Please note, we do not accept prepaid cards, AMEX or gift cards as payment methods here at Dabble. Please attempt your deposit using a different bank card or Apple Pay. Alternatively, please contact your banking institution for more information.

How to withdraw

Aeropay allows you to withdraw same day funds from your Dabble account using your online banking credentials.

How to link with Aero Pay and receive fast withdrawals:

New user

1. Select the setting cog at the top of the screen.

2. Select Withdrawals

3. Select ‘Securely link your bank account’.

4. Agree & Continue

5. Choose your Banking institution.

6. Log in to your bank account using your username and password that you use to log in to your banking portal.

7. Confirm your identity (a verification code will be sent to the email listed with the bank)

8. Enter the verification code.

9. Select a checking account.

10. Continue

Existing User

1. Select the setting cog at the top of the screen.

2. Select Withdrawals

3. Select ‘Securely link your bank account’.

4. Confirm your identity (a verification code will be sent to the email listed with Aero Pay)

5. Enter the code.

6. Select a checking account.

I am getting an error when attempting to link my Aeropay account

If the details on your Aeropay account are incorrect (such as the email address) or you are receiving an error when trying to link it please reach out to Aeropay directly on [email protected] and they will be able to assist you with your account.

My withdrawal says paid, but I haven’t received my funds.

Aeropay allows you to withdraw funds from your Dabble account using your online banking credentials. Enabling fast withdrawals to eligible banks 24/7, or same-day withdrawals to any bank supported by Aeropay, Monday - Friday.

If your bank isn't eligible, you can link your bank manually through the Dabble App (as is the process now) and expect your withdrawal to arrive within 1-3 banking days (Monday - Friday). Any withdrawals requested on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the following business day.

Why can’t I withdraw my funds?

Our system requires that all deposits and/or promotions into a Dabble account are played through prior to authorizing a withdrawal. Alternatively, if you wish to withdraw your deposited funds, you will need to contact Customer Support to initiate a refund back to the original payment method.

Dabble can manually assist with the withdrawing of deposited funds only. Promotional funds cannot be withdrawn.

Why was my withdrawal declined?

Your withdrawal may have been declined for several reasons. Our team would have sent an email directly to the address associated with your Dabble account with more information. Please check your inbox and follow the instructions provided.

I would like to remove my bank account.

Please be aware that Dabble permits the use of up to one bank account (1 x Aero pay account and 1 x Manual account) listed on your Dabble account simultaneously.

If you would like to use a different bank for withdrawal purposes, please reply to this email with a Bank Statement proving ownership of the bank account you would like to remove.

Haven’t received my winnings/payout.

Your entry will be finalized once the last pick has been settled.

I believe my entry was settled incorrectly.

We always settle our markets based on the official game results. Please check the official website for accurate statistics. If you have further questions, email our support team at [email protected] with details of your query and your specific entry ID.

I referred someone and never got my $10.

1. Referral must place at least 1 entry to activate the $10.00 referral bonus.

2. Any promotional funds will need to be played through before they can be withdrawn.

Didn’t receive my Spin & Win after I made a deposit.

Player was injured.

We offer an Injury Protection Policy as a promotion here at Dabble. Dabble's Injury Protection Policy applies only to single game projections. For Future Markets (NFL Season Long), please refer to our individual sport Rules. Injury Protection reviews can take up to 1 hour after the game has finished to confirm eligibility.

What is the difference between All-In and Hedge?

All In's offer higher payout multipliers, but all your picks must be correct for you to win. Hedge, on the other hand, provide lower payout multipliers, but you can still win even if one or two of your picks are incorrect.

Tax

Dabble is required to report winnings of $600 or more to the IRS on a Form 1099-MISC.

Our system considers the amounts you deposit and withdraw, and once you cross the $600 threshold, we are required to obtain your tax information.

​Once you cross the threshold, the completion of this form is required before any future withdrawals can be processed.
